Hi I'm Camilla,
I am passionate about teaching people how a regular yoga practice can bring about rapid transformations in how they feel physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
A better feeling body that is more mobile and strong, improved energy levels and a calmer clearer mind are just some of the many benefits that can be experienced through yoga.
Yoga provides an opportunity to connect in with ourselves through the body, breath and our awareness. When we make this time for ourselves, we can reap the benefits of not only a better feeling body, but a calmer inner world that helps us to navigate our way through life's up's and down's.
A dedication to practicing will bear ripe fruits. This can only come from your willingness to 'show up' for yourself and be committed to your well-being with discipline, kindness and self-compassion.
I am here to help you along your journey!
I've been teaching yoga for the past 10 years and practicing for 24 years, first discovering it in 1997 at a local community centre in Chichester, UK.
Initially drawn to the practice for the physical benefits, I soon started to realised that the practice helped me on an emotional level too. I used to suffer from low self-esteem and couldn't work out why I felt bad in myself. I noticed when I practiced yoga I felt better - It felt like a 'safe haven'. From then on, I knew that yoga would be a huge part of my life.
As well as teaching group classes, workshops and 1-2-1's in Brighton for many years, I have taught internationally at spiritual retreats in Greece and Germany along with charity events and corporate well-being days such as London Twitter and the Women's Lifestyle Show in Brighton.
I've completed 3 yoga teacher training courses and many other further studies, totalling over 1000 hours. My most recent training was with the Vajrasati Yoga School in Brighton UK (Yoga Alliance Credited) based on Iyengar influence, Buddism and honesty in practice.
My continued passion and enthusiasm for the practice moves me forward to continue learning, growing and sharing the benefits with others.
With a keen interest in Spiritual awakening and understanding the nature of the mind, I have been studying the principles within A Course In Miracles.

"You know how to accept us as we are and bring out the non self-critical, non-competitive self.
You show us how to get to know and accept our own bodies, and that self knowledge is the basis
towards our optimal selves. Thank you!"
