Booking information
*To join the livestream class you will need ZOOM downloaded onto your PC, laptop, tablet or phone.
*Classes are single pay per class at £9 bookable below via paypal or credit/debit card. For concessions, please make a bank
transfer of £6.00. Bank details will be sent via email.
*Once you have paid, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ZOOM class link.
*Please log in 5 minutes before the class starts. I will be logged in 10 minutes before with my camera off and on mute.
*After a brief welcome we begin our practice together! Everyone will be on mute for the duration of the class. If you prefer, you can join the class with your camera off but ideally it's better if I can see you.
*Wear comfortable loose clothing and ensure you do not eat anything at least 2 hours before. A small piece of fruit is ok.
*The class only runs with a minimum of 2 people. Please book the class at least 2 hours before.
*If you are unable to make the class, please let me know in as much advance as you can via email camilla@camillamorgonyoga.com and I will refund any payment made.
* Please contact me if you have any mild injuries so I can advise if the class will be suitable or not. Given it is online, my ability to see you is more limited than an in person class, although I am able to offer alternatives and modifications so the practice is accessible.
